I make this with frozen spinach, canned diced tomatos, and parmesan, or even feta cheese pretty frequently, because I usually always have the ingredients. I'm a big fan. If I decide I need to get rid of some olives, or onions, I'll add those too.

this looks very tasty. i love spinach in any dish. but wondering if you still got that gritty feeling on your teeth after eating it?
