But does the dip taste sour cream-y? It sounds sensational, but I can't stomach the taste of sour cream itself. (Long-time reader, first-time commenter, saw you outside Hugo's once, months ago.)

No there really isn't a "sour cream-y" taste at all. It just helps bind the ingredients and create a dip-like texture.

You can basically process white beans into a paste and add any kinds of flavorings you like to make a great low-cal dip. White beans are one of my go-to foods!
