Brines rock and so do you! Mine just had salt and sugar and lemon.This one sounds way better.

i love the flavors in this brine, but it sounds a little complicated for my first time. Would you still recommend the Lemon & Bay brine for timid brining virgins?

I completly recommend Lieberman's Lemon and Bay brine. I've made it 3 times and it always comes out moist and delicious. It is also very easy. Just make sure you have a good sized pot or food safe bucket and room to fit it in your fridge.
