If you're ever in Long Beach, call me, then make sure you eat at La Parolaccia Osteria...they often serve Lobster Ravioli, and they're pretty generous with the portions!

What I really hate is when you order ravioli in a restaurant and it's obviously just the frozen kind, boiled with a little sauce thrown on top. And they charge $12 for it!

Pasta dough is easy to make...so is ricotta or beef filling. Make it fresh, people! And make lots of it!
