I am crazy for blue cheese. this sounds great. Thanks


Wow is this recipe good!!


I just tried some horseradish scalloped potatoes the other day, it was waay stinky, loaded with shredded swiss too, bit of a carbo load.


I make a similar dish without spinach (although now I have to try adding it!), but I don't put the blue cheese in the sauce. I put 1/2 the macaroni mix in the baking dish, sprinkle 1/2 the blue cheese, add another layer of macaroni mix, the rest of the blue cheese then the breadcrumbs. Oh- when I make the sauce I add a minced clove of garlic along with the flour (about 1/4t). Now that I think of it I may have to make a batch tomorrow...


I also gave up on Mac and cheese because of the lack of flavor. You should try the recipe at this link. It's unbelieveable.


I made this and of course had to add the required add-in from home (New Mexico)Hatch Green Chile, really added a lot of flavor and some spice. I also used the extra sharp cheddar.


I made this dish for a teacher's luncheon and people raved about it! Three people asked for the recipe. It's excellent!!
