You go boy! You are one gorgeous man! Keep up the good work, feel better, and in addition to the delicious yummies you post, maybe you could inspire those of us who need to shed a few pounds with some healthy tasties as well. Everything in moderation. You're beautiful! Work!

Wow...13lbs in 2 weeks! I'd love to know what you're doing because that is a phenomenal amount in such a short time. I'd be all over that program.

Congratulations on your success so far.

Meagan

Go Bloghungry!!! That is fantastic!! You should be the new Jenny Craig spokesMAN.

Thanks. I'm not really on a program. I'm just cutting back on calories and eatting smaller meals more often.. more protein less carbs.. All the stuff they nag you to do.

Good for you! That's great!! More power to ya'! It definitely sounds like you're doing what you need to do. I research this issue and post information and tips on my informational blog for those that need helpful information, smart and inexpensive ways to lose weight quickly, but Healthy. You're doing it the right way, and I applaud you.

For anyone wanting to learn more about how they can lose weight quickly and safely, feel free to visit my informational blog at http://www.weightlosstipsthatworkfast.com. There are a lot of things you can do that will really add up in losing weight, and you won't 'starve' yourself or have the 'cravings' that usually happens when you go on a 'crash diet' or cut out everything you like. You won't succeed that way.

Kudos to you again, Bloghungry! Keep up the great work!
