MMmmmmmmm... I love white chocolate, cream cheese, and raspberries too!!!


Great recipe - just one question - I like the way you stuff them - but when putting the raspberry on top of the white icing - wont the raspberry "bleed" or is there a way of preventing that??


I've used fresh raspberries on cakes before and as long as the berries are fresh and somewhat firm they hold up pretty well. After a day or two on a cake being pulled in and out of the fridge, they may bleed a little.
