It was tough, but I put a lot of thought into it and voted for the banana marshmallow peanut butter for the following reasons:
1. your choices leaned toward hearty fruits, nuttiness, and creaminess, and that one encompasses them all.
2. apple toffee and praline seemed too Thanksgiving-y, so you'll probably get those flavor profiles quenched about a week later.
3. you might be disappointed with the breakfast-y simplicity of banana and cream cheese.
4. i feel like you have a score to settle with bananas and peanut butter due to trying them as a homemade pop tart flavor and you're still having that craving.
5. the banana, marshmallow, peanut butter would compliment the rich excess of the steak dinner and the youthful spirit of Harry Potter.
6. storebought cakes are ridiculously expensive and so easy to go wrong with. I've heard Hansen's has good prices and more grocery-store-esque icings (a good thing), though.

I would have to say number one. Pecans are a favorite of mine and reminds me of the south.

I love Kelly's very insightful post :) I picked Pecan Praline Cake because i <3 pralines. They are so decadent and delish. Two very important qualities in a birthday cake. But I think you can't really go wrong with any of those yummy choices.

i say banana and cream cheese frosting. that is one of my favorites and reminds me of hummingbird cake which is also rad.
